Focus First Credit Union is pleased to announce its merger with Family First Credit Union, a respected financial institution that has served the Greater Rochester community for nearly 60 years. The merger was approved by the Focus First membership on December 1, 2025, and is now effective as of January 1, 2026. Through this merger, Focus First members will benefit from an expanded suite of financial products and services, including enhanced digital banking, lending solutions, mortgages, and more, with the same personalized service you know and trust.

 

All current Focus First employees will be welcomed into the Family First team, and the office will remain open and fully operational throughout the integration process as we transition to Family First’s operating systems. This system conversion is expected to be complete by April 1, 2026. Until then, Focus First members will continue banking at the existing Focus First location. The Focus First ATM will remain operational during this transaction period.
